Dear Mr. Asshole Governor,
Thank you so much for screwing your taxpayers. Not that we don't pay out the ass for this teeny tiny Village that we call home. But now that you have decided to completely eliminate 11 of our State Parks, the only free entertainment we have, without blowing our budget on gas to get there.
You are a horrible Governor, and I am confused as to how this will help our budget? I mean I am sure that you get vacations, and have a nice home or two. I am sure you enjoyed the DNC in Denver too. It's insane how you douche bag politicians fuck the little people on a constant basis. Well at least your consistent.
So thank you for taking the local park away, I guess your trying to save the budget? I am sure the toilet paper in the outhouse is really costly. Really, because what all does it take besides a lawn mower, and a few rolls of t.p. to keep these parks going?
I am disgusted by your lack of education on the history behind these parks. They are used daily by campers, bikers, hikers, and families. Not to mention the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts that go there. To have something taken away from us, is just ignorant.
Your an annoying Governor, and I can't wait until your title as Captain Asshole is over. So please go fuck yourself with the retarded brain cell you rode in on... God you suck.

And just some more info, I found that it's not only the State parks but also DCFS employees are being laid off, which doesn't help the children that are being abused out there! Plus a great insult is we are going into the 200th Birthday of Lincoln and they are shutting down his parents original home! What a joke!

The doors to the historic sites are to close Oct. 1, and the state parks gated Nov. 1.These parks were created, bought or donated from the 1900s to 1930s. From easier use of transporting, to feeding families and providing coal for WW2. That is not even a tip of the history.These parks are used on an everyday basis by many people in the areas and surrounding areas, even those that travel to see the history of our area.
People enjoy fishing, picnics, camping, boy/girl scouts events, festivals, reunions, party's, bird watching, breathe in all the old beautiful trees and flowers of natural beauty you cannot get anywhere else close by, canoeists-walkers-runners use these parks for access to the historic I & M canal, etc Any entertainment that is considered affordable to our families, are these parks.
