Happy Birthday from Ed.

I had no idea what Ed was giving me for my birthday. I was already elated with the awsome gift of staying at the Hard Rock Hotel on Michigan Ave. and the fact that I had a hot stone massage scheduled for that evening. But when we went across the street to Giordino's for some deep dish
pizza. Little did I know what was in my card...


Oh listen carefully, you will not hear Ed talk, he hates being recorded in anyway. So I have to narrate the whole time. This was honest to god, the most amazing and thoughtful suprise gift I have ever recieved. That day is engraved in my mind forever.

Movie Reviews!

As a perk of working at the Video store, when new movies are release to the public on Tuesdays, the video store gets them in the Thursday before. And that leaves Thursday through Monday for the employees to rent any new release fo free! Yes I take advantage of this! I see some weird movies that I wouldn't normally watch... here are two I wouldn't have rented myself, but because of them being free. We thought we would give them a try... so should you.

Harold and Kumar escape from Guantanamo Bay... well if your offended by swearing, nudity, drug reference, and racial profiling, this is not the movie for you. Me and Ed on the other hand, laughed our asses off at this. It got great review and was WAY better then there first movie about White Castle. Did you see this one?

Doomsday... Wow. Not quite sure how to explain this. Well maybe with pictures...

A combo of Outbreak (1995) and Mad Max (1979)

Yeah, that's probably a good description... oh and add the special effects and twisted minds of the 21st century producers... I must say it was NOTHING like what Ed thought, he was thinking more girl warrior type. Well yes... kinda... oh and I must tell you before you watch this one, don't get attached to any of the characters. Majority of them die, a pretty gruesome death. Mostly decapitation... But I would watch it again, and I think it was kind of interesting. Not scary at all, just gross. I guess if I have see all 4 "Saw" movies and unfortunately "Hostel" I can watch anything.
