While I was away for 8 days in Arizona, my mom and dad, thought that our dogs would be more comfy if there were here at home, and they would come everyday and Patsy would stop by every night, to check and feed my zoo.
Well my parents thought they would work on projects around my house. Like my garage. Description of the garage December 8th 2007. There was a skinny path that went through my garage to the door into the house. Stuff everywhere. Sadly some garbage, boxes, stuff that just needed a place to call it's own.
I also had bought stuff for Mia for Christmas that was out there. Oh my, it was insane.
We opened our garage at 11:08 pm on December 15th 2007. To a beautifully organized and clean garage!! Against the fridge was a large painted sign that said "parking for 2!" My dad threw out the old cabinets and made me a tool/work bench, a shoe rack (huge) hooks for coats and storage all down the side of my garage! Fixed our snow blower (and left Ed a little index card with directions) My mom went through EVERYTHING I had out there and either threw it out or put it away.
Then, yes there is more, my dad went into the new baby room, and made a crawl space door into the open space above the garage. We had to go up a 8 foot ladder to reach it otherwise. This will be for all the kids toys. Easy to get to, and great storage!!
So GINORMOUS thanks to my mom and dad for going above and beyond, as usual. Thank you.
